This box is designed with two interior baffles to help keep kiwi, weka, kea and other curious, non-target species out. This box is built tough and easy for you to check, clean and reset. Two interior baffles channel the target species through holes in the mesh toward the BT250 trap which is secured to the bottom of the box.

BT200 Single Set Trap Box

These trap boxes have been designed to the DOC ‘current best practice’. The tanalised (treated timber) wooden box reduces rotting when exposed to the elements or harsh conditions, ensuring your predator trap will last for years. As with the other boxes we recommend, the interior baffles channel the target species through holes in the mesh toward the trap which is secured to the bottom of the box.
